Delivered as Buraqvision Standard

All software is provided in its Buraqvision Standard Release format — ensuring quality, security, and technician-first deployment practices.

Customization Policy

If a client requires modifications beyond the standard release, each requested change will incur a fee of PKR 5000.

Customizations will only be initiated after full payment is received in Buraqvision Accounts. This ensures fairness, clarity, and accountability in every deployment.

Error Resolution Policy

Buraqvision strives to deliver error-free software to all clients. If any error is encountered during the validity period (as mentioned on the license page), it will be fixed free of cost.

After the validity period has expired, error resolution services will be charged according to the prevailing Buraqvision Policy at that time.

External Factors Disclaimer

If a malfunction or error occurs due to hardware issues, operating system faults, or virus infections, Buraqvision is not responsible for fixing such errors. These issues fall outside the scope of software responsibility and must be resolved by the client’s own system maintenance or IT support.
