Buraqvision licenses are MAC-bound. Migration is allowed under specific conditions, with fees based on system status. Database protection remains the client’s responsibility.

Buraqvision licenses are issued based on MAC address binding — ensuring secure deployment on a specific system.
If a system is damaged due to natural disasters or unavoidable events, migration to a new system is allowed with a migration fee equal to one-fourth (¼) of the current application price at that time.
If the system is not damaged and the user wishes to transfer the software to another PC voluntarily, the full license fee will be charged — based on the prevailing application price at the time of transfer.
Database Responsibility Notice
Database protection is the sole responsibility of the client. If data or database files become damaged or corrupted, the client is fully responsible for recovery. Buraqvision does not hold any responsibility for data loss, corruption, or restoration.
This policy ensures fairness, protects technician-first deployments, and maintains the integrity of licensed installations.
